Waived Registration Fees.

Thanks to the generous support of the Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, we can waive the registration fee based on need, e.g., if you are from a low-income country. If you need registration fee assistance, please contact us at registration@isdsa.org for a code to use with the restricted registration type.

General Policy

At least one of the authors of accepted papers must register. Special student rates are available for current undergraduate and graduate students.

Register online to save $100. All amouhts are in US dollars. All registrations include a ticket to the banquet.

Proceedings ($150): If you would like to include your paper in the proceedings, $150 handling fee is required for copyediting, printing, and mailing.

Airport transportation ($100): If you need the round trip airport pick-up, you can book it as you register.

Additional banquet ticket ($50): $50 per ticket. You can purchase the ticket on site.

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by June 15 2019. There will be an administrative fee of US$99 (for regular registration) and $49 (for student registration) deducted from each refund.

Waived or Reduced Registration Fees

If you are from a low-income country or need help with the registration fee, please contact us at registration@isdsa.org for reduced or waived registration fees. We will try out best to support your presence at the conference.
